Grab Life by the Balls is about more than just awareness; they are about action. They create laid-back environments where men can connect, talk, and build the social support networks that literally save lives.

By rocking the mullet, we are hoping that the questions and curiosity surrounding our new hairstyles will in turn spark impactful and important conversations surrounding men’s mental health.
