Hey everybody,

Men’s mental health has always played a big role in my life whether it’s family or friends or anyone in between everyone’s gone through something. Although it gets advocated a lot that it’s okay for Men to speak out they still don’t. So I’ve decided to start a gofundme for men’s mental health for the charity “grab life by the balls”, I love their stuff and what they do and I’d like to do my part in supporting them and the men in Australia who need it. No matter what you’re going through reach out to a mate or check in with your mates because you never know what someone’s going through, even the ones who seem the most happy can always be going through something. Over 3000 people in Australia die from suicide every year and roughly 75% of those are men. I’ve decided I will run roughly 8.2kms each run throughout the month of april for each person on average that takes their own life per day and if you would like to join me, go ahead no matter how far you run and no matter how much you donate anything helps.

My name is Billy Hawke and in collaboration with Nick Boeyen we would love for you to join us on Sunday, March 2, at Fulham North Primary School for an exciting cricket match between the 2022 Old Scholars of Henley High School and St. Michael's College. This community event aims to raise awareness and funds for men's mental health, with all proceeds going to the charity Grab Life By The Balls. Grab Life By The Balls is an Australian men's mental health charity dedicated to improving the well-being of boys and men through the power of mateship. They aid in laid-back social events, talks, and programs to foster genuine connections and support among men. Their mission is to connect 1 million Aussie boys and men, promoting more mateship, more connection, and more support, ultimately aiming to reduce mental health issues and male suicide rates.
