Six guys. Three peaks. Twenty four hours!

This is the challenge a group of friends, from Love Caerphilly Family Church, have been training for over the last few months.

On July 7th this summer, we will be climbing Snowdon, Cader Idris and Pen y Fan all within twenty-four hours!

⛰️ Snowdon - 723m/2372ft ascent.

⛰️ Cader Idris - 957m/3139ft ascent.

⛰️ Pen y Fan - 500m/1640ft ascent.

Some are doing it to stay fit, others because they love to trek - but all of us have decided that this is a great opportunity to raise some cash for two amazing charities that are close to our heart.

The two local charities we are raising money for are...

❤️ Age Connect Cardiff and the Vale - Supporting those who are elderly and vulnerable, 'committed to tackling loneliness, isolation and poverty amongst older people and striving to create a society where older people are respected, valued and heard.’ For more info visit their website here.

❤️ Seren Dwt Baby Box Project - Supporting families who have children born with Downs syndrome, 'giving new parents the comfort and support that they may need in what can be a confusing and upsetting time... celebrating their new arrival with the love they deserve, and gently signposting families to support available.'
