<div>Six guys. Three peaks. Twenty four hours!
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>This is the challenge a group of friends, from <a href="https://www.lovecaerphilly.com" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Love Caerphilly Family Church</a>, have been training for over the last few months.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>On July 7th this summer, we will be climbing Snowdon, Cader Idris and Pen y Fan all within twenty-four hours!
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>⛰️ Snowdon - 723m/2372ft ascent.
</div>
<div>⛰️ Cader Idris - 957m/3139ft ascent.
</div>
<div>⛰️ Pen y Fan - 500m/1640ft ascent.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Some are doing it to stay fit, others because they love to trek - but all of us have decided that this is a great opportunity to raise some cash for two amazing charities that are close to our heart.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>The two local charities we are raising money for are...
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>❤️ Age Connect Cardiff and the Vale - Supporting those who are elderly and vulnerable, 'committed to tackling loneliness, isolation and poverty amongst older people and striving to create a society where older people are respected, valued and heard.’ For more info visit their website <a href="https://www.ageconnectscardiff.org.uk" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">here</a>.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>❤️ Seren Dwt Baby Box Project - Supporting families who have children born with Downs syndrome, 'giving new parents the comfort and support that they may need in what can be a confusing and upsetting time... celebrating their new arrival with the love they deserve, and gently signposting families to support available.' For more info visit their facebook page <a href="https://www.facebook.com/serendwt" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">here</a>.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Please get involved by following our journey, and helping us to raise as much money as we can!
