Support La Maison Rose

A sanctuary for young mothers, women in distress, and abandoned children.

I recently visited La Maison Rose myself. I brought help for the women and babies: sanitary pads, tampons, hygiene products, medicines, hairbrushes, creams, baby milk, diapers and many other essential items. But the reality is that their needs are far greater and constant.

La Maison Rose welcomes women and girls who have faced the worst: abuse, abandonment, unsafe pregnancies, or life-threatening situations. Many arrive with nothing but fear and a baby in their arms.

This home offers:

emergency protection and emotional care

medical support

childcare and education

hygiene supplies and daily needs

dignity, guidance and hope

It is also a place where abandoned babies and orphans are brought after being found. They receive care, love, education, and a chance at life.

For 15 years, Mona has dedicated her life to protecting these women and children. Today, however, the house is at risk due to a major loss of funding from international support. The cost of running the home—food, medical care, education, baby essentials, and staff—is around €7,000 per month.
