<div>I recently visited La Maison Rose myself. I brought help for the women and babies: sanitary pads, tampons, hygiene products, medicines, hairbrushes, creams, baby milk, diapers and many other essential items. But the reality is that their needs are far greater and constant.

<div>La Maison Rose welcomes women and girls who have faced the worst: abuse, abandonment, unsafe pregnancies, or life-threatening situations. Many arrive with nothing but fear and a baby in their arms.

<div>For 15 years, Mona has dedicated her life to protecting these women and children. Today, however, the house is at risk due to a major loss of funding from international support. The cost of running the home—food, medical care, education, baby essentials, and staff—is around €7,000 per month.
