Let’s Build a Home for a Lovely Family in Mexico

Hi! We are the Cold Plunge Crew from Vancouver, Canada, a community of people connecting over meditation, breathwork, cold water exposure, human connection & giving back.

We are raising money to help a lovely family in Mexico with breaking the cycle of poverty by sending their kids to school so they have better opportunities in the future.

In 2022 we raised $23K+ to build a house for the family and on January 27th, 2023 the Cold Plunge Crew travelled to Maneadero, Mexico to build a house for them and to participate in community projects.

THANK YOU SO MUCH to everyone that supported our cause along the way, and to the volunteers that went to Mexico and built the home!

Every donation went towards:

An experienced staff that provided logistics, set-up, guidance and interpreters.
Construction materials, equipment, and everything needed to build a 16 X 20 insulated home on a concrete slab with electrical wiring.
Service programs and outreach in the community (feeding program, local orphanage, migrant camp).

We believe that every family deserves to live a life full of joy, connection, love, and to create lasting memories with their children.

The Cold Plunge Crew will keep organizing monthly events to raise funds for such a heartwarming cause. The events will combine mindfulness modalities such as meditation, breathwork, cold water exposure, hiking, connecting with others in nature and many more.
