<div>We are raising money to help a lovely family in Mexico with breaking the cycle of poverty by sending their kids to school so they have better opportunities in the future.

<div>In 2022 we raised $23K+ to build a house for the family and on January 27th, 2023 the Cold Plunge Crew travelled to Maneadero, Mexico to build a house for them and to participate in community projects. 
</div>

<div>THANK YOU SO MUCH to everyone that supported our cause along the way, and to the volunteers that went to Mexico and built the home!

<li>An experienced staff that provided logistics, set-up, guidance and interpreters.

<li>Construction materials, equipment, and everything needed to build a 16 X 20 insulated home on a concrete slab with electrical wiring.

<li>Service programs and outreach in the community (feeding program, local orphanage, migrant camp).
</li>

<div>The Cold Plunge Crew will keep organizing monthly events to raise funds for such a heartwarming cause. The events will combine mindfulness modalities such as meditation, breathwork, cold water exposure, hiking, connecting with others in nature and many more.
