I sadly lost my uncle this year to a multitude of cancers. It’s the closest family member I lost and I understand how many other people go through the same emotional pain and grief.

To have the ability to do an event and tie in with men’s mental health feels special and something that makes sense. Grieving is tough regardless of the capacity so keep going.
