A few years ago, I lost my dad to suicide.

There isn’t a day he isn’t with me - in the advice I still hear in my head, the way I parent, the way I love my family, the way I sail, the way I try to show up for people.

We didn’t get to save him. But that doesn’t have to be everyone’s story.

I’m raising money for suicide prevention so more people and families have support, resources, and hope when they need it most.
