They Kill Twins Here. help give them Second Chance
Donation protected
Hi, my name is josh and i am fundraising I recently spent two weeks volunteering at Vine Heritage Home, a rescue centre just outside Abuja, Nigeria. The children here were once at risk of infanticide simply for being twins, albino, or born under circumstances that led to cultural rejection.
The home gives them love and protection — but the living conditions are deeply challenging.
While I was there, I witnessed:
• Over 20 children crammed into a single room, with small beds and little air circulation
• Strong indoor smells and poor ventilation — it was hard to breathe at times
• Unclean water, flies everywhere, and limited hygiene
• Only a broken plastic basketball hoop and two makeshift football goals for recreation
Despite all this, the kids were incredibly happy, warm, and full of life. They appreciated everything I gave them — but they deserve so much more.
Why I’m Fundraising
I’m raising funds to help improve their quality of life in a meaningful, lasting way.
Your donation will go toward:
• ️ Better sleeping conditions — beds, mattresses, fans
• Clean water and hygiene supplies
• Nutritious food — rice, noodles, cooking staples
• Basic medicines and antibiotics
• Recreation — proper sports gear, and a pool table to bring joy and togetherness
Every pound or naira goes directly toward giving these children a safer, healthier, and more joyful environment to grow in.
This isn’t just a donation — it’s an investment in dignity, healing, and hope.
Thank you for supporting them.
