Hi, my name is Michaela and I am going to attempt to raise money for breast cancer. I lost my mom on the 15th February 2025 to this horrible illness. She was first diagnosed in December 2023 and made a full recovery all clear in September 2024...oh so we thought fast forward 4 months later and she had an mri scan after complaining of back pain. Shows she had a tumor on her spine, cancer in her bones, lymph nodes and lungs. She wasn't clear, she wasn't going to be okay and 10 days later surrounded by her daughters and brother she took her last breath. It was the worse day of my life. So I will be walking in her memory and making her proud. If a little bit can help cancer I will try. Sunday the 21st of June 2026 I will be there walking with my family to honour mom's memory.
