Want to join me in making a difference?

Jamia Almaarif is urgently raising funds to purchase a building in London to establish a permanent mosque and madrassa for our community.

We must raise £715,000 URGENTLY. Time is extremely limited, and if we are unable to complete the purchase, this rare opportunity may be lost forever.

About Jamia Almaarif

Jamia Almaarif has been serving the community through Islamic education, spiritual guidance, and community services for many years. We are known for delivering:

Our aim has always been to serve with sincerity, knowledge, and care.

By the grace of Allah, Jamia Almaarif has developed a strong reputation within the community for dedication, reliability, and service to the Deen.

However, we currently do not have a permanent building. We operate from a temporary, rented space which limits our ability to grow, run regular services, and support the community as effectively and adequately as we would like to.

A permanent building will allow Jamia Almaarif to provide consistent education, daily prayers, youth work, support services, and community activities — all under one roof.

The Building & Why This Matters

The building we hope to purchase was previously used as a nursery, supporting working parents and providing a safe and caring environment for children.

We now wish to carry this legacy forward by transforming it into a space that serves the entire community - not only for worship and learning, but also as a place of support, guidance, and unity for families, youth and elders.

This will not simply be a building — it will be a centre for faith, education and future generations.

Urgent Appeal — Donations & Qarz-e-Hasanah

We urgently require community support in two forms:

1. Donations -Every pound matters. Whether large or small, your donation brings us closer to securing this building.

2. Qarz-e-Hasanah (Interest-Free Loan) - We are also appealing to generous individuals who are able to offer Qarz-e-Hasanah (interest-free loans) to help us reach our target quickly and secure the property within the deadline.

A Reminder From the Prophet ﷺ

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: “When a person dies, all their deeds end except three: Sadaqah Jariyah (continuous charity), beneficial knowledge, and a righteous child who prays for them.”

(Sahih Muslim)

By supporting Jamia Almaarif, you are investing in Sadaqah Jariyah — a charity that will continue to reward you through every prayer made, every child taught, and every heart guided long after this building stands.

Our Heartfelt Humble Appeal

We humbly ask you to:

If you are employed and a UK taxpayer don't forget to tick the Gift Aid box to make your donation go further

Together, by the will of Allah, we can secure this centre and leave behind a legacy of iman, knowledge, and service for years to come.

May Allah place barakah in every donation and reward you for your intention. Ameen.
