<div>Want to join me in making a difference?
</div>
<div>Jamia Almaarif is <strong>urgently</strong> raising funds to purchase a building in London to establish a permanent mosque and madrassa for our community.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We must raise £715,000 <strong>URGENTLY. </strong>Time is extremely limited, and if we are unable to complete the purchase, this rare opportunity may be lost forever.
</div>

</div>
<div><strong>About Jamia Almaarif</strong>
</div>
<div>Jamia Almaarif has been serving the community through Islamic education, spiritual guidance, and community services for many years. We are known for delivering:
</div>
<ul>
<li>Madrassa education for children and adults
</li>
<li>Qur’an studies, Tajweed, Islamic sciences and general learning
</li>
<li>Support for reverts (new Muslims) - <em>Awarded the runner up for best Convert Support in the whole of Great Britain in 2025</em>
</li>
<li>Nikah services, counselling and guidance
</li>
<li>Community programmes and religious events
</li>
<li>Services for Adults - <em>Awarded the runner up for Best Service Provider for Women at the Great Britain Beacon Awards in 2023</em>
</li>
</ul>
<div><strong>Our aim has always been to serve with sincerity, knowledge, and care. </strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>By the grace of Allah, Jamia Almaarif has developed a strong reputation within the community for dedication, reliability, and service to the Deen.
</div>
<div>However, we currently do not have a permanent building. We operate from a temporary, rented space which limits our ability to grow, run regular services, and support the community as effectively and adequately as we would like to.
</div>
<div>A permanent building will allow Jamia Almaarif to provide consistent education, daily prayers, youth work, support services, and community activities — all under one roof.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>The Building &amp; Why This Matters</strong>
</div>
<div>The building we hope to purchase was previously used as a nursery, supporting working parents and providing a safe and caring environment for children.
</div>
<div>We now wish to carry this legacy forward by transforming it into a space that serves the entire community - not only for worship and learning, but also as a place of support, guidance, and unity for families, youth and elders.
</div>
<div><strong>This will not simply be a building — it will be a centre for faith, education and future generations.</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>Urgent Appeal — Donations &amp; Qarz-e-Hasanah</strong>
</div>
<div>We urgently require community support in two forms:
</div>
<div>1. Donations -Every pound matters. Whether large or small, your donation brings us closer to securing this building.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>2. Qarz-e-Hasanah (Interest-Free Loan) - We are also appealing to generous individuals who are able to offer Qarz-e-Hasanah (interest-free loans) to help us reach our target quickly and secure the property within the deadline.

<div><strong>A Reminder From the Prophet ﷺ</strong>
</div>
<div><em>The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: “When a person dies, all their deeds end except three: Sadaqah Jariyah (continuous charity), beneficial knowledge, and a righteous child who prays for them.”</em>
</div>
<div><strong>(Sahih Muslim)</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>By supporting Jamia Almaarif, you are investing in Sadaqah Jariyah — a charity that will continue to reward you through every prayer made, every child taught, and every heart guided long after this building stands.
</div>

</div>
<div><strong>Our Heartfelt Humble Appeal</strong>

</li>
</ul>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>If you are employed and a UK taxpayer don't forget to tick the Gift Aid box to make your donation go further</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Together, by the will of Allah, we can secure this centre and leave behind a legacy of iman, knowledge, and service for years to come.
</div>
<div><strong>May Allah place barakah in every donation and reward you for your intention. Ameen.</strong>
