As you know, the Buena Vista Police Department was recognized as a finalist for a new K9 SUV, along with 27 other departments.   After a month long campaign of voting and public participation, they did not receive enough votes needed to win.  

This vehicle is a necessity and is sorely needed because Maverick’s current vehicle is NOT a canine vehicle.  It is also important to know that Maverick serves all the surrounding areas, not just Buena Vista.  Please donate what you can and encourage others as well.
