Nuestros padres, Gloria y Gabriel, fueron detenidos por ICE cerca del restaurante Rigo’s, arrancados de nosotros sin aviso y en el momento en que más los necesitábamos. Somos dos hermanos — uno de 20 años y otro de 16 años que aún está en la escuela. Ninguno de nosotros tiene una fuente de ingresos estable. De un día para otro perdimos no solo a nuestros padres, sino también a quienes nos daban estabilidad, seguridad y todo lo esencial para sobrevivir. Él se ganó el respeto de la comunidad con años de esfuerzo y dedicación. Nuestra mamá y nuestro papá siempre han sido personas trabajadoras, humildes y dispuestas a ayudar. Han apoyado a familias, vecinos y a cualquier persona que lo necesitara. Siempre dieron lo mejor de sí para sacar adelante a su familia y servir a la comunidad. Hoy, quienes siempre ayudaron, son los que necesitan ayuda. On December 6th, 2025, at around 8:45 AM, our lives changed completely. Both of our parents were taken by ICE near Rigo’s Restaurant, ripped away from us without warning at the moment we needed them the most.

We are two siblings — 20 and 16 years old — that currently live with Gloria and Gabriel. My younger sibling is still in school, and neither of us has a stable income. Overnight, we lost not only our parents but also the people who provided for our home, our food, our safety, and our stability.

Our dad is the owner of GR ROOFING AND CONSTRUCTION LLC, a family-owned business known throughout Washington for its professionalism, honesty, and high-quality roofing and construction services. He worked tirelessly to build a strong reputation and always showed up for others in need.

Our mom and dad have always been hard-working, selfless, and dedicated members of the community. Whether it was helping neighbors, supporting local families, or taking on jobs to keep people safe in their homes, they stood for integrity and compassion. They never hesitated to lend a hand — and now, we’re the ones who need help.

Why We Are Asking for Help

With our parents detained, we are now responsible for:
