My brother, Brian, received a life-saving liver and kidney transplant in May. Since his surgery, he has experienced several additional multi-day stays in the hospital and is now facing another surgery. He and his wife, Corinne, are trying their hardest to keep things calm and normal for their two young boys.

Meal time is especially stressful for two picky eaters and for Corinne, who is working full-time, coaching their soccer team, and trying to keep the house running.
