My sister is currently involved in a challenging legal process to secure the best outcome for herself and her children. She has shown great strength in navigating a very difficult situation and is committed to creating a safe and stable future for her family.

As many know, legal proceedings can be lengthy and costly. Despite working hard and doing everything she can to provide for her children, the ongoing expenses have placed significant financial strain on her. She is only partway through this process, and the financial pressure continues to grow.

This situation involves Domestic and Family Violence (DFV), which makes it especially challenging. Unfortunately, DFV cases do not have a predictable path or simple mediation options. Because safety and protection are paramount, many matters must be resolved through court proceedings rather than informal agreements. This adds complexity, time, and expense, making the journey even more difficult.
