She is only partway through this process, and the financial pressure continues to grow.

<div>This situation involves Domestic and Family Violence (DFV), which makes it especially challenging. Unfortunately, DFV cases do not have a predictable path or simple mediation options. Because safety and protection are paramount, many matters must be resolved through court proceedings rather than informal agreements. This adds complexity, time, and expense, making the journey even more difficult.
