Help Support Monika Frazier and Her Grandson After a Tragic Loss

On the week of August 4, 2025, our beloved Community Manager at Bella Madera Apartments in Dallas, Texas, Monika Frazier, faced an unimaginable tragedy. She lost her daughter and son-in-law in a devastating car accident. The only survivor is their 7-month-old baby boy—Monika’s grandson—who now depends entirely on her love, care, and protection.

Monika is currently navigating court proceedings in Atlanta, Georgia to secure legal custody of her grandson. Once that is finalized, she will begin the immense task of raising him from scratch—finding daycare, covering diapers, clothes, and all the essentials, as well as managing travel expenses to and from Atlanta during this difficult time.

Monika has always been a pillar of our community, dedicating her heart and energy to the residents of Bella Madera. Now, she needs us. Your support will help provide stability, essential care, and a safe, nurturing environment for her grandson during this heartbreaking time.
