<div>On the week of August 4, 2025, our beloved Community Manager at Bella Madera Apartments in Dallas, Texas, Monika Frazier, faced an unimaginable tragedy. She lost her daughter and son-in-law in a devastating car accident. The only survivor is their 7-month-old baby boy—Monika’s grandson—who now depends entirely on her love, care, and protection.

<div>Monika is currently navigating court proceedings in Atlanta, Georgia to secure legal custody of her grandson. Once that is finalized, she will begin the immense task of raising him from scratch—finding daycare, covering diapers, clothes, and all the essentials, as well as managing travel expenses to and from Atlanta during this difficult time.
