Help Moataz and his family to escape from war

Hello everybody,

My name is Motaz Alghalayini. I am a 19-year-old student from Gaza. Due to the Israeli army invasion in the Strip, my family and I were forced to move to the south after our house in Gaza City was destroyed during a bombing.

Since the start of the war, we have lived in an overcrowded refugee camp in Rafah, where most of the people have been displaced for more than 215 days. During these seven months, we have endured the worst sanitary and hygiene conditions we have ever experienced in our entire lives.

My 5-year-old brother, Moayad, is suffering from significant psychological trauma due to the continuous bombings and lack of food. While my heart yearns to remain in my hometown, enjoying skating ramps and chilling with friends at the harbor, my foremost concern is for my family's safety.

Amidst the ongoing war, we are no longer safe, facing dire living conditions, soaring prices of goods, food shortages and the spread of diseases.

My heart aches, but we deserve to escape this hell. However, in order to do so, we must pay a hefty price at the border with Egypt.

Please help me and my family raise the required $15,000 to leave and start a peaceful life.
