My name is Dave, I’m reaching out on behalf of two of the most genuine people I know—Mike and Sue—who now urgently need our help.

Mike recently underwent emergency aortic graft surgery, a life-saving but incredibly invasive procedure that came without warning. The second dissection has been left for now as Mike needs to rest and heal. While the surgery was a success, the road to recovery is long, and the burden it’s placed on their lives—physically, emotionally, and financially—is overwhelming.

Mike is a proud, humble, and fiercely independent man. The kind who’s always the first to offer a helping hand, and the last to ever ask for one. But right now, he needs us.

During this critical time, Sue has put everything on hold to care for Mike. Between medical bills, time off work, travel to specialists, rehabilitation, and daily expenses, the financial strain is building quickly.
