Help Irob IDPs

Irob is one of the two ethnic minorities in Tigray, inhabiting the Ethio-Eritrean borderland region. Irob is facing existential threats these days. Eritrean forces are occupying Irob since the war started in Tigray. For 8 months now, there is no telecommunications or media access and any international exposure is extremely restricted.
There are more than 25, 000 Irob IDPs (Internally Displaced People) in dire need of help. That is almost 50% of the entire Irob population. 20,000 of those IDPs are living in Adigrat & Wukro town and about 1000 in Mekelle alone. These funds will be used to support & address the desperately needy Irob IDPs in those towns, who have been displaced due to the ongoing war & occupation.
Irob Advocacy Association (https://advocacy.irobpeople.org/) is a young, non-for profit civil organization with its head office in Adigrat, Tigray.
IAA obtained its legal status as a civil organization on July 23, 2019 per "Proclamation No.1113/2019 of Organizations of Civil Societies of Ethiopia", with the Registry Number 4304, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. IAA's mission is to advocate and support Irob people with its multifaceted challenges like the current situation.
