Help Good Karma LA Serve More Communities

The Good Karma Los Angeles Org is a nonprofit focused on cooking nourishing plant-based meals and serving them to the underprivileged and unhoused communities of Los Angeles & San Francisco (and soon coming Orange County!). Over the years, Good Karma has distributed over 130,000 hot meals and water bottles, snacks, fresh fruits, hydration packets, hygiene kits, hand sanitizer bottles, along with socks, shoes, beanies, scarves, rain ponchos, gloves, toys, books, walkers, wheelchairs, tents, blankets, tarps, dog & cat food, and much, much more!

The organization started at the beginning of the pandemic, when founder Vishal Narayan decided to distribute food on his own on Skid Row. From that, he has grown his mission beyond food distribution services. Good Karma does a trash pickup service in Los Angeles (SF & OC trash picking soon-to-come!). There is currently a Loving Library (for kids to have easy access to books & learning materials), a community fridge, and two Covid-19 vaccination clinics.

We now need help raising 5k for a 90-day Grant Readiness program. This will help us expand the org so we can support even more people with an increase of foods, goods, and services!
