On Saturday 15th August, I’ll be taking on one of the biggest physical and mental challenges of my life – walking around the entire Isle of Wight in under 24 hours, completely non-stop, to raise money for Help for Heroes.
As a personal trainer, I spend my time helping others push beyond their limits and achieve goals they once thought were impossible. This challenge is my opportunity to put that same mindset into action while supporting an incredible cause that helps veterans and service personnel who have sacrificed so much for our country.
The route will take me around the entire coastline of the Isle of Wight, covering approximately 70 miles of challenging terrain, including coastal paths, hills, changing weather conditions, and the physical demands of walking continuously for 24 hours. There will be moments when my body wants to stop, but knowing that every step is helping raise funds for Help for Heroes will keep me moving forward.
Help for Heroes provides vital support to veterans and their families, helping them recover from injuries, improve their wellbeing, and rebuild their lives after service. Every donation, no matter how big or small, will make a difference and help provide essential support to those who have given so much.
Alongside raising money for this fantastic charity, I hope this challenge will inspire others to believe in what they can achieve through determination, resilience, and hard work.
If you are able to donate, share this page, or simply support me along the way, I would be incredibly grateful. Together, we can make a real difference for our veterans.
Thank you for your support.
