Hi everyone,

As many of you know, I’ve been receiving support from Op COURAGE for my mental health. Recently, we’ve lost far too many of our brothers and sisters from 1RRF, and I feel it's time to give something back and honour their memory.

On 12th October, I’ll be running 100km along the legendary St Cuthbert’s Way — from Melrose in Scotland, across the Cheviots, and finishing on Lindisfarne (Holy Island)… racing the tide to the finish line.

I’m doing this to raise vital funds for charities that are making a real difference in the lives of veterans — helping those who have served, and are still fighting their own battles.

If you’re able to donate anything at all, no matter how small, it will go directly to support these incredible organisations. Every pound counts, and every share helps spread the word.

Please donate and share this far and wide. Let's do something incredible together.

For the ones we’ve lost — and the ones still here.

Thank you
