<div>As many of you know, I’ve been receiving support from Op COURAGE for my mental health. Recently, we’ve lost far too many of our brothers and sisters from 1RRF, and I feel it's time to give something back and honour their memory.

<div>On 12th October, I’ll be running 100km along the legendary St Cuthbert’s Way — from Melrose in Scotland, across the Cheviots, and finishing on Lindisfarne (Holy Island)… racing the tide to the finish line.

<div>I’m doing this to raise vital funds for charities that are making a real difference in the lives of veterans — helping those who have served, and are still fighting their own battles.
