Sometimes life gives you one position and puts you in another...

This is my older brother and his son. He’s always been strong, hardworking, and a loving father — but right now, life is testing him in unimaginable ways.

Diagnosed with diabetes at 18, his condition has worsened over the years. Recently, while watching a movie with his son, his vision suddenly blurred. His left eye had hemorrhaged. Now, he’s undergoing an experimental treatment — $2,000 injections per eye — with no health insurance to cover the costs. His right eye is starting to fail too. The doctors say he may have just 2–3 years before full blindness.

He’s struggling to keep his business afloat, to care for his son, and to adjust to a life that’s changing faster than he can manage. He needs help — not just for treatment, but for therapy, travel to appointments, and support while he learns to live with a future he never planned for.

All proceeds will go directly to helping him fight this battle: covering injections, doctor visits, therapy, transportation, and keeping some normalcy for his son during this incredibly difficult time.
