<div>This is my older brother and his son. He’s always been strong, hardworking, and a loving father — but right now, life is testing him in unimaginable ways.

<div>Diagnosed with diabetes at 18, his condition has worsened over the years. Recently, while watching a movie with his son, his vision suddenly blurred. His left eye had hemorrhaged. Now, he’s undergoing an experimental treatment — $2,000 injections per eye — with no health insurance to cover the costs. His right eye is starting to fail too. The doctors say he may have just 2–3 years before full blindness.

<div>He’s struggling to keep his business afloat, to care for his son, and to adjust to a life that’s changing faster than he can manage. He needs help — not just for treatment, but for therapy, travel to appointments, and support while he learns to live with a future he never planned for.
