Carry the Torch: Honoring Gary Krasner’s Legacy of Medical Freedom

My name is Irina Dzyubinsky, and I was one of Gary Krasner’s closest collaborators and friends until the very end.

For nearly 15 years, I worked alongside Gary — writing exemption letters, counseling parents, contributing articles, and supporting his mission to defend informed consent and medical freedom in an era of increasing censorship and coercion.

Many knew Gary as the founder of the Coalition for Informed Choice (CFIC), but few saw the behind-the-scenes labor: the research, the writing, the archival preservation, and the steadfast refusal to abandon principle in the face of overwhelming pressure.

Gary’s passing on May 31, 2025 left a void — but also a calling. Before he died, Gary asked me to recover and publish the Barry Mesh tapes — a series of rare, historic audio recordings featuring one of the most powerful voices in the Natural Hygiene and anti-vaccination movement of the 1980s. These tapes, which include Barry’s personal testimony and scathing exposés of the smallpox and polio vaccine campaigns, are currently lost to time, their digital link expired. I believe the originals are still on Gary’s personal computer — and I’m committed to recovering and preserving them.

This GoFundMe is the first step in continuing Gary’s work — and lighting a new fire under the banner of truth.

Recover, digitize, and publish the Barry Mesh audio archives

Create garykrasner.org — a permanent digital home for Gary’s writings, audio, and educational resources

Partner with legal advocates like Christina Martinez and Aaron Siri to advance public education and policy defense

Continue writing under Irina Unfiltered, building on Gary’s intellectual legacy

Host in-person memorials and annual gatherings for truth-seekers and allies

Transcribe and republish Gary’s unpublished materials and guidance for future generations

Launch the web platform and Substack series

Support public events, legal research, and archival curation
