On August 20, 2025, fire took our kitchen and store. In just a few hours, everything we worked so hard to build was gone. What we lost wasn’t just equipment or walls, we lost the space where our family’s dream came alive.

Three generations of our family from Uruapan, Michoacán have been cooking together, passing down recipes, stories, and traditions. What began around our own family table grew into Carnitas Guy, a way to share with others the same love, laughter, and togetherness.

We’re not just selling carnitas. We’re sharing who we are. Every meal comes with the flavors of our roots and the joy of a family cooking side by side.
