<div>On August 20, 2025, fire took our kitchen and store. In just a few hours, everything we worked so hard to build was gone. What we lost wasn’t just equipment or walls, we lost the space where our family’s dream came alive.

<div>Three generations of our family from Uruapan, Michoacán have been cooking together, passing down recipes, stories, and traditions. What began around our own family table grew into Carnitas Guy, a way to share with others the same love, laughter, and togetherness.
