Thanks to all of you, we were able to hire a lawyer for my dad and pay for the available legal protections. Thank you so much for your support!

Sin embargo, después de 6 meses, mi papá sigue detenido por ICE, atrapado en los procesos legales del gobierno actual. El asilo no procede y su solicitud de libertad bajo fianza fue rechazada.

However, after 6 months, my dad is still detained by ICE, caught in the current government’s legal processes. Asylum is not moving forward, and his request for release on bond was denied.

Lo único que nos queda es apelar la decisión del juez para evitar su deportación y seguir con su peticion por asilo aqui o buscar que sea enviado a Canadá, donde los trabajadores tienen al menos la oportunidad de un proceso de asilo más humano.

Our only option now is to appeal the judge’s decision to prevent his deportation and continue pursuing his asylum petition here, or seek to have him sent to Canada, where workers at least have the opportunity for a more humane asylum process.

Los abogados cuestan dinero y necesitamos nuevamente su ayuda. Apelar cuesta por lo menos $5,500 y ya se agotó la ayuda de otras fuentes. Por favor, les pido que apoyen a nuestra familia en este momento tan difícil.

Hola , mi nombre es Nestor y estoy recaudando fondos para lograr contratar un abogado para estatus migratorio de mi papá Antia Perfecto Obregon el cual fue detenido por el ice ya que injustamente fue detenido teniendo un proceso migratorio y el cual fue removido para otro estado en donde el no vivía agradecería mucho y cualquier granito de arena será muy bien recibido para esta causa.
