On the 25th of May I will be running the Edinburgh Half Marathon. Until last year I have never even been able to run for 5 minutes at a time, and I am someone who swore I was 'just not built for running’.

The reason I am choosing to do this is to raise money in aid of Papyrus Prevention of Young Suicide, all in honour of our lovely Grace Nevens, who we tragically lost late last year.

PAPYRUS is the national charity dedicated to the prevention of young suicide in the UK. Suicide is the biggest killer of people under the age of 35. PAPYRUS exists to reduce the number of young people taking their own lives, by shattering the stigma surrounding suicide and equipping young people and their communities with the skills to recognise and respond to emotional distress.

If you have any pennies to spare, I would be extremely grateful for any donations to this amazing cause, all in memory of our gorgeous Grace.
