So when Jane came home saying Headway (the charity she works for) had a place for the London Marathon, I couldn’t really refuse.

Headway Hertfordshire supports people affected by an acquired brain injury in the county of Hertfordshire. We help those who have had the brain injury and also their carers and family members who all need to come to terms with a life changing condition. We educate carers to understand how a brain injury can affect their loved ones and how to cope. We assist those with a brain injury to recover to take on meaningful activities through occupational therapies and we help everyone overcome these difficulties.
