Ben is doing London Triathlon

On Sunday 10th August I am undertaking the London Triathlon. I am competing in the Olympic Distance so will be swimming 1500m in the Thames Docklands, riding 40km past various riverside landmarks before completing 10km run in and around the Excel Centre.

I hope to enjoy the day but I am also expecting to suffer a lot! As I am going through the pain I feel it is right that others should gain so I have decided to launch this sponsorship page.
