Asian Women Run Walk is an empowered group focused on encouraging walking, jogging and running as part of health lifestyle to improve your wellbeing and physical health.

We are a not for profit organisation and all donations go towards the monthly events and raising awareness.

The community group was set up to help encourage more women especially those from underrepresented communities to participate in running events.

We are inclusive to all and provide a welcoming space to help develop your walk, jog, run.
