Hola querida gente,

Soy Javiera, amiga de Joaco y Jose. Hoy creo esta campaña para apoyar a dos personas muy queridas que están atravesando un momento difícil.

El jueves 15 de enero, la casa donde viven en Utrecht, Holanda, se vio afectada por un incendio provocado por una explosión de gas ocurrida en una vivienda vecina. Afortunadamente, Joaquín y Jose no se encontraban en su hogar en ese momento y hoy están sanos y a salvo. Actualmente se encuentran en Chile, lejos, sin poder ver ni dimensionar directamente el estado real de su casa después del accidente, lo que sin duda genera mucha incertidumbre, angustia y tristeza.

Si bien aún no conocen con exactitud la magnitud de los daños dentro de su departamento, dada la gravedad del incendio es muy probable que las pérdidas materiales sean importantes. En los próximos días podrían necesitar apoyo para recuperar pertenencias, cubrir gastos imprevistos, reparar daños o incluso encontrar un nuevo lugar donde vivir, una vez que tengan más información.

Como amigos y comunidad, queremos acompañarlos y estar presentes no solo en los momentos buenos, sino también cuando más se necesita. Cualquier aporte, por pequeño que sea, será de gran ayuda y una forma concreta de enviarles cariño, contención y apoyo desde la distancia.

Hello dear community,

My name is Javiera, and I am a close friend of Joaco and Jose. Today, I am creating this campaign to support two very dear friends who are going through an incredibly difficult time.

On Thursday, January 15, the home where they live in Utrecht, the Netherlands, was affected by a fire caused by a gas explosion that occurred in a neighboring house. Fortunately, Joaquín and Jose were not at home at the time and are safe and unharmed. They are currently in Chile, far away and unable to see or fully understand the condition of their home after the accident, which understandably brings a great deal of uncertainty, sadness, and distress.

Although they do not yet know the exact extent of the damage inside their apartment, given the severity of the fire, it is very likely that the material losses will be significant. In the coming days, they may need support to recover belongings, cover unexpected expenses, repair damages, or even find a new place to live, once they receive more information.

As friends and as a community, we want to stand by them and be present not only in good times, but especially in moments like this. Any contribution, no matter how small, will be deeply appreciated and will help them feel supported, cared for, and less alone during this challenging time.
