<div>Hola querida gente,
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>

<div>Hello dear community,
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>My name is Javiera, and I am a close friend of Joaco and Jose. Today, I am creating this campaign to support two very dear friends who are going through an incredibly difficult time.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>On Thursday, January 15, the home where they live in Utrecht, the Netherlands, was affected by a fire caused by a gas explosion that occurred in a neighboring house. Fortunately, Joaquín and Jose were not at home at the time and are safe and unharmed. They are currently in Chile, far away and unable to see or fully understand the condition of their home after the accident, which understandably brings a great deal of uncertainty, sadness, and distress.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Although they do not yet know the exact extent of the damage inside their apartment, given the severity of the fire, it is very likely that the material losses will be significant. In the coming days, they may need support to recover belongings, cover unexpected expenses, repair damages, or even find a new place to live, once they receive more information.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>As friends and as a community, we want to stand by them and be present not only in good times, but especially in moments like this. Any contribution, no matter how small, will be deeply appreciated and will help them feel supported, cared for, and less alone during this challenging time.

<div>Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for reading, sharing, and supporting
