My name is Amy, and I’m raising funds to cover the costs of being able to visit my daughter, Arianna, who lives in Massachusetts.

In May of 2025, I was awarded supervised visitation rights. Sadly, her father has prevented 12 scheduled visits from happening since then. We’ve filed contempt charges and have court coming up soon. These funds will help cover the expenses necessary to fight for my time with Arianna — including retaining my lawyer, court costs, paying the costs of the social workers to supervise visits, and paying for her Guardian ad Litem.

A Guardian ad Litem is an advocate appointed to represent Arianna’s best interests in court. This is incredibly important because it ensures that her voice and needs are heard — without bias — and that the court has a clear picture of what’s truly best for her.

I want to be transparent about my journey. I have been clean for almost 5 years now. I’ve worked tirelessly to heal and rebuild my life after escaping a marriage that was physically, emotionally, and mentally damaging. For years, I did not handle things the right way, but I have put in the work — day after day — to become the mother Arianna deserves.

Currently, I work full time, I make resin epoxy art to sell, I also am a full time

student, & wait tables when I am not picking up overtime or doing homework.

This fundraiser is about more than court dates and legal fees. It’s about showing my daughter that I will never stop fighting for her. I have overcome so much, and I am committed to being present, healthy, and loving in her life.
