We’ve filed contempt charges and have court coming up soon. These funds will help cover the expenses necessary to fight for my time with Arianna — including retaining my lawyer, court costs, paying the costs of the social workers to supervise visits, and paying for her Guardian ad Litem.

<div>A Guardian ad Litem is an advocate appointed to represent Arianna’s best interests in court. This is incredibly important because it ensures that her voice and needs are heard — without bias — and that the court has a clear picture of what’s truly best for her.

<div>I want to be transparent about my journey. I have been clean for almost 5 years now. I’ve worked tirelessly to heal and rebuild my life after escaping a marriage that was physically, emotionally, and mentally damaging. For years, I did not handle things the right way, but I have put in the work — day after day — to become the mother Arianna deserves.
