Board Racial Diversity UK Core Funding

Board Racial Diversity UK (BRDUK) is an exciting and dynamic new charity

It aims to address barriers and provide practical solutions to the significant under-representation on not for profit Boards of individuals from Black and Asian backgrounds. Only 8% of trustees in England and Wales are from Black and Asian backgrounds, and of those only 2.9% are women of colour. Our work supports both not for profit organisations seeking Board members and individuals from Black and Asian backgrounds who aspire to be trustees.

We are a micro charity but with a big impact on the leadership of not for profit organisations.

Your donation will help us to continue to provide resources and other types of support, particularly to smaller not for profit organisations in England and Wales. This includes in particular our unique database of hundreds of Black and Asian network organisations from which not for profit organisations might recruit individuals with the required skills.
