A story about an "underdog" group of fighters, GAME DAY is a raw, humorous and inspirational film about an Italian-American family from Philadelphia who gather each year to enjoy good food, drinks, and family as well as to cheer on their beloved Eagles against their most hated rival the Cowboys. Soon the rivalries within the family become wilder than the game. Fights and bitter realizations arise within the family throughout each nerve-wracking quarter of the game, leading to a final accounting of where each of their lives are headed when the game clock reaches zero.

All of us come from different family backgrounds. Some have close families; others are broken. Some have mended, others not. Game Day is about the family glue coming undone, the fall of old illusions and the realities of each person's life, and yet there is care, love and truth that liberates each family member to finally do what they have always wanted to - be true to themselves - and not at the expense of others.
Game Day is a very timely story in our divisive world. We see this film as an opening to a greater opportunity for all with honest conversations, true forgiveness and real togetherness.
