NWIRP are a highly organized and highly proactive organization on the front lines of protecting immigrant rights in our community. They do impact litigation which carries benefit beyond the protection of single individuals.

As an example, when ICE arrests started happening at immigration courts themselves a few weeks ago in Seattle and elsewhere, NWIRP immediately mobilized a full team of immigration attorneys to be on-site, giving general advice and helping a lot of scared people to navigate when they'd had no time to prepare.
