About Lunch and Run live
We know you’ll be trying to juggle training with the demands of day to day life, so we’ve designed all our Facebook live Lunch and Run workshops to be just 45 minutes long – consumable with lunch!
We’ve teamed up with Helen, AKA the Cheesecake Runner, to design a fun and informative workshop. Helen says ”I’m a nutrition coach and run marathons for fun. I’ve run 18 marathons (and lost count of the number of parkruns, 10k’s and halves I’ve run) and worked with thousands of runners helping them achieve their running goals”.
