Help train and rehabilitate  the youth in Jamaica, we need your help https://www.gofundme.com/eck74pqs
Hello, people, how are you?, well I hope, I'm Rob, Jamaica has been dealing with the socio-economic domestic/political struggles since their Emancipation in 1962 and is still a developing nation. The Jamaican people, in general, need help from people other than government organizations because what the Jamaican  Government has implemented in social and educational programs has fallen short with helping them bring Jamaica out of poverty. The IMF'S strict austerity payback program never allows most Jamaicans to bring more than just their heads just above water, and the effect of the lack of good social programs in Jamaica creates additional problems so what's  occurring amongst the youth and other young adults ends up continuing the cycle of that poverty for most Jamaicans.
But particularly among young people. Having a
connection with the Jamaica people, I became aware of this Plight, when I started to communicate with  those people in Jamaica and while living amongst them,  I then discovered that the biggest problem is the lack employment opportunity and the affordability in trying to continue their education, and acquire certificates to advance their marketability for employment, because economic situations prevented them from completing their education, thus the frustration and seemingly hopeless socio-economic domestic situations that they are in, makes them resort to and settle for lower standards. putting many including children at high risk, for everything. There is a great disparity between incomes and the price of good, such as food which is literally as expensive or more expensive in some cases as food costs here in the United States,  $1000 JMD is only worth $7.50 USD and 35% of the population only make that $1000 JMD per day on the average supporting between 2 and 6 others, and filling their bellies with empy calories like white bleached flour and water to make dumplings and white rice and chicken foot soup. that same %35 or greater do not have running water, and rely on water truck deliveries, and when they cant afford to buy the water they catch water from rain in barrels  which attract mosquito lava and other debris.

I have a Love for Jamaica and people, in general, and I'm trying to enlist everyday people like yourselves who have a genuine interest in helping the Jamaican youth and others to try and have a future, and yes, also small and large business people and Celebrity personalities to help me create and promote this program I have devised to help some youth in Jamaica and others gain the opportunities that they would not otherwise have. By creating Jobs through training and bettering lives.
We need funding from everyday people like yourselves  in creating this program and once money is raised to purchase land to put multiple businesses like mini golf, batting cages, a simulated rock climbing area an Imax theater and a restaurant, and or a chicken farm to act as a source of revenue to the most important part of the community-based program which is the Vocational training/retraining and rehabilitation program that will be given to the people that really need it and to contribute and give back to the community by increasing opportunity for employment and to help alleviate some of the social ills, such as teen and young adult pregnancies, domestic and gang violence and unemployment that  contributes to it. But of course, we also need celebrity personality advocation and representation to make the idea of this program a popular alternative to gang activity and the other problems I mentioned.
Yes, the business will be employed by the candidates of the program, if we get the support, it will provide culinary arts, computer skills, nurses aides, health and nutrition education  and farming to candidates for those with land to help sustain themselves and will also help them acquire city guild certifications, that will help them use their certifications overseas. we also hope to provide Counseling for those who need it. and also assist in eventually developing a program for rehabilitating the homeless and deportee's and providing housing.
All of this will provide for jobs, and as a result, lower unemployment, lower crime, domestic violence and teen pregnancy's and making it safer for tourists and increasing tourism, it will also provide possible revenue for infrastructure programs and create even more Jobs..
The businesses will be employed by the students and
Profits will go back to the businesses and mainly the vocational, school/training program and then back to the community and community-based improvement programs, it will also include a large digital sign giving thanks to the businesses and celebrity sponsors and everyday people like yourselves as advocates in promoting this program and in bettering life in Jamaica as an investment in the youth and Jamaican people and for the betterment of Lives overall. Or you can remain anonymous.
So this is an investment in the bettering of Jamaica, and everyone wanting to Experience Jamaica, I  love Jamaica, not just from its tourism commercials, and Bob Marley, which the whole world knows but because I've met the most decent and gracious people and know that these people need our help, I really care, and I know that some of you care too.. we can do this, I hope that some of you people can help. This business will eventually have a non-profit status and will include, financial reports to those who contribute if you can, If we raise the funds for this Vocational training program, a website will be created with a video documentary of the step by step Building and development of this program and tours can be arranged to see where your money went, and there will be complete transparency in all aspects of the Planning and operation.
The profits will be turned over going back into the vocational program, and Community. This program needs your support, as well as support from small and large businesses, celebrities and the Jamaican Community, We need your help in contributions Monetarily or skill base for this vital program idea, Yes, People like (You)To help raise the funds to build this Program, if not, when you're on vacation you will have this reminder of the poverty that exists in Jamaica outside of the resort areas where you Vacation,  or live. there ya go! This is a legitimate proposal and yes, you are all encouraged to participate in the creation of it and follow its development and continued progression, Also, if there are any of you people who would like to take part in its teaching staff or volunteering, Please contact me for any questions, Respectfully yours Rob Conniff.
