Hey everyone! This upcoming Sunday, March 16th, I'm running the Los Angeles Marathon for Team Dudes for Dads nonprofit. Dudes for Dads was established by my good friends at The University of Miami as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Dudes for Dads provides unwavering support, guidance, and mentorship to children without fathers. Dudes for Dads has built an amazing legacy over the past three years by partnering with organizations throughout the country to provide support through education, athletics, and development. Dudes for Dads has partnered with Big Brother Big Sister of the National Capital Area, Project Playtime to donate sports equipment to a day camp for homeless children, Home Team in Miami to donate school supplies, and Michigan Youth Sports League to sponsor a flag football team for underprivileged kids. I recently attended Dudes for Dads' first annual spring gala and was even more inspired by the amount of dedication and support this organization continues to receive. I am more than happy to run this marathon for such an amazing cause and any donation would be greatly appreciated. I thank everyone who plans to make a difference in a child's life. Thank you!

Dudes For Dads is a tribute to the fathers and father figures who shaped us—men like Steven Goodwin, Ben Gieseman, Alberto Panqueva, David Miller, Bill Stokes, and many others. Their spirit lives on in the work we do, the lives we touch, and the community we continue to build. Since 2022, we’ve had the privilege of supporting kids in need through mentorship, community outreach, sports initiatives, and scholarships, all while honoring the legacy of those who’ve inspired us.

The lack/loss of a father is devastating. Funds go directly towards volunteers who will participate in sports, mentoring, and education. Other things the money can go to are finances, life skills, how to get over problems, and additional problems fatherless children face. Young scholars deserve the same chances to succeed as those with fathers.
