Beauty for Ashes Ministries Inc

We are reaching out at Beauty for Ashes Ministries Inc., Lenoir City, Tennessee, a beautiful 501(c)(3) nonprofit, to start a fundraiser to try to secure a newish 15-passenger van. We have had multiple breakdowns on the two that we have now that are from the 1990s. We have replaced multiple items and continue to do so, and just had a recent tow on one of them.

As we continue growing, and many of our women are joining the workforce, and proceeding with their sobriety, restoration, and healing, we are needing more dependable vehicles. We are at a point where we can only drive these older ones fairly locally, and we need to update. We are also working with Enterprise rental cars with the family and friends discount. We are trying to secure one that is five years old or newer with low mileage and a great extended warranty.

We need the help of our community and friends to make this happen. We are shooting for $7,500 just to get started, but most likely it’s gonna cost us around $25,000. We will be able to keep full coverage insurance as well. These vans run approximately $85,000 brand new, and we will be very blessed if we can get one in this price range with a great warranty. When we raise this amount, if we need to, Beauty for Ashes is in good standing with the banks and we could easily obtain a loan for the difference for a while until we can cover the whole thing.

Regardless, the safety of these ladies is our main concern, and as we continue going to multiple Celebrate Recoveries and mission trips, etc., we do not want to have to rent vehicles and throw our money away. Thank you for considering and God bless.

As the Founder of this beautiful program, Beauty For Ashes Ministries Inc., we are heading into our seventh year of being open, helping women heal and find who they are in Christ, giving up their world of addiction for the good things of God.

Seeing these ladies' lives restored, the Lord working in them and through them, walking in freedom, restoration with their families, getting their mental and physical health in order, we are pleased to announce that we have got to get a second vehicle because of the jobs they work, and all the appointments we have for Court, Probation, and Dr. We absolutely have to have a second vehicle.

We have found a great deal on a nice vehicle that will hold seven women, and several of these ladies work at the same job and can ride together, with the same hours. So this is specifically for an updated dependable vehicle that is very, very much needed. Thank you for considering and sharing, we are so grateful.

hi, many of you know, Us, at Beauty For Ashes Ministries Inc., Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that houses 16 women that have been in the bondage of addiction. We try to help them with mind, body and spirit, doctors appointments, and co-pays, Dental and Mental Health, lots of church and celebrate recovery, and much more. This young lady is Victoria, when she came to us, she complained of lower stomach pain, with no insurance. We went ahead and took her to the doctor, and found out very quickly that she was in stage three very aggressive cancer. It is in her lower extremities and has spread to her lymph nodes. The money that we are trying to raise would be utilized for tags for her vehicle and insurance and gas, and other needs over the next eight weeks or so while she is undergoing chemotherapy and radiation. She has five beautiful children and a family that loves her dearly. Her husband is with his mother who is on hospice, and plans to join her here in Tennessee very soon.
