hi, many of you know, Us, at Beauty For Ashes Ministries Inc., Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that houses 16 women that have been in the bondage of addiction. We try to help them with mind, body and spirit, doctors appointments, and co-pays, Dental and Mental Health, lots of church and celebrate recovery, and much more. This young lady is Victoria, when she came to us, she complained of lower stomach pain, with no insurance. We went ahead and took her to the doctor, and found out very quickly that she was in stage three very aggressive cancer. It is in her lower extremities and has spread to her lymph nodes. The money that we are trying to raise would be utilized for tags for her vehicle and insurance and gas, and other needs over the next eight weeks or so while she is undergoing chemotherapy and radiation. She has five beautiful children and a family that loves her dearly. Her husband is with his mother who is on hospice, and plans to join her here in Tennessee very soon.
